Careers Guidance
The Vision for Careers at Bramley Grange
Personal Development is incredibly important as it will support pupils to develop the knowledge, skills, values and confidence they will need to keep themselves safe and healthy and lead rich and fulfilling lives as part of modern society.
As part of that provision our Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance curriculum helps our students prepare themselves for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences they will have once they leave school. We aim to help our students make decisions and manage transitions both as learners and workers and our offer has been structured around the Gatsby Benchmarks, working with our careers partner EBP South and in partnership with the Surrey Careers Hub.
We recognise that our SEMH students will be on their own unique education and careers journey, and we provide support according to their stage and not their age to ensure students leave school with the self-belief, direction and tools required to achieve in education, enter employment, become a valued member of society and lead rewarding lives.

How Do We Measure Impact
Speed Networking Event
As our careers programme is in its infancy and new to our students, we are currently measuring impact using feedback from students regarding their experiences, to ensure we have the right provision to cater to the needs of our cohort.
We have recently held a Speed Networking event for students in Yr9, Yr10 and Yr11, feedback can be found here
Your Future – Interview Ready Workshop
