School Nurse
With over 22 years of experience in school nursing, Sandra Jackson plays an important role in supporting the health, wellbeing and safety of pupils and staff at Bramley Grange Academy.
Sandra provides support for pupils with a wide range of medical needs, working closely with families, staff and healthcare professionals to ensure that appropriate care and support is in place. This includes administering medication, managing individual healthcare needs, providing first aid and responding to illnesses and injuries throughout the school day.
Sandra is also there for all those everyday school accidents and mishaps—from bumps and scrapes to headaches, minor injuries and those moments when a pupil simply needs a little reassurance and someone to listen.
With her wealth of experience, caring approach and commitment to pupil wellbeing, Sandra aims to ensure that every pupil receives the support they need to stay as healthy, safe and well as possible, enabling them to make the most of their time at school and thrive in their learning.
